The genesis of Mount Zion College of Engineering and Technology, Pudukkottai was in 2001. The Institution is approved by AICTE, and affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. The institution is approved by AICTE, and affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. This institution is accredited by National Assessment and accreditation council (NAAC) with A+ grade. It offers seven Undergraduate programmes (Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering and Mechanical Engineering) and three Postgraduate programmes (Computer Science & Engineering, Communication Systems and Business Administration).
